• Master Nguyen Van Duc - 15 years of experience
• SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) certification
• Previously worked at famous cafes in Saigon and Singapore
• Expert in Vietnamese coffee and Espresso

📚 WORKSHOP CONTENT:

PART 1: BASIC KNOWLEDGE (45 minutes)
• World coffee history and culture
• Coffee bean types and growing regions
• Process from bean to cup
• How to identify quality coffee

PART 2: BREWING TECHNIQUES (90 minutes)
• Traditional Vietnamese drip coffee
• Espresso and variations (Cappuccino, Latte, Macchiato)
• Pour Over and French Press
• Cold Brew and Iced Coffee
• Basic Latte Art

PART 3: PRACTICE (60 minutes)
• Each participant brews coffee hands-on
• Step-by-step detailed guidance
• Scoring and feedback
• Experience sharing
